our idea is to create a large hypertextual maze, based on imagery, not on textual informations, that forces the user into a sort of education on visual perception.
the section "escaped!" of this website [link] is an example of user interfaces created to explore web-based contents with more creativity.
these pages, normally called web-art, don't have to be user-friendly. a maze must have tricks, riddles, wrong ways, and all of this can be built with web based languages, such as javascript, dynamic html and php.
our educational contest
maze must have more and more rooms. the participants can decide the theme of their work, but it must be related to art history.
actual rooms are used yet in lectures held in academies, universities and colleges in italy.
we will also publish a book about this way to teach art and visual perception.
there are prizes for first, second and third place, all consisting in books, multimedia and prints.
