alcuni utenti su myspace.com hanno preso ad eliminare i blocchi dei commenti e degli amici dai loro profili personali, a causa di stalkers, dissers e quant'altro. gente insomma che cerca disperatamente di farsi i ca**i degli altri, che insulta o che genera infinite faide, commento dopo commento.

in effetti questo tipo di persone ci sono, e bisognerebbe lapidarle. il fatto però è che è possibile nascondere, ma non rendere irraggiungibili questi blocchi.

in caso qualcuno di voi sia così innamorato del profilo bersaglio, basterà conoscere il numero univoco che identifica l'utente. come lo trovi? leggendo l'indirizzo che appare nella barra di stato del tuo browser preferito, quando passi il mouse sopra ad uno degli 8 link del blocco in cui compare "aggiungi agli amici" e/o similari.

ma quando si vogliono effettuare azioni sul profilo, è necessario che la query contenga l'id del profilo stesso, come ad esempio accade quando vogliamo dare un voto alle foto dell'utente, ovvero nell'ottavo pulsante:

questa query vuol dire che si richiede la lista delle immagini uploadate dall'utente proprietario del profilo, indicato però non con il nome (richederebbe una manutenzione impossibile) ma con il numero corrispondente. userid è allora proprio il numero che ci interessa, e ci permette di individuare univocamente l'utente che ci interessa.
in this query "userID" is a number that identifies the desired user.

nota bene: il blocco delle azioni che ogni profilo myspace contiene, è una immagine con sovrapposta una mappa cliccabile. nel caso in cui nell'immagine, visivamente, sembrino mancare alcuni collegamenti, sappiate che è la mappa cliccabile ad essa sovrapposta che ne determina, appunto, le funzionalità. se infatti proverete a passare con il mouse dove vi aspettate che ci sia la voce "vota utente", ovvero in basso a destra nel blocco, scoprirete che il cursore cambia e troverete l'indirizzo nella barra di stato del browser. non scrivere alcune voci nella grafica del blocco azioni, è quindi un trucco che può trarre in inganno solo un bambino.

note: the actions block, contained in every myspace profile, is a graphic file overlayed by a clickable html map. it is the map that determines the hot spots on that image. some profiles may not contain, at a first sight, all the actions, because they are not written in the graphic file, that is the background of that block. but hovering the mouse pointer over the location in which we expect the "rate user" link, we found that the cursor changes, and the link in written in browser's status bar. so, the link is here, even when the image does not show it. this trick can work only with a newbie...
